Building of DreamsNationally-renowned infertility center to build new facility in Lone
Tree—continuing to make dreams conceivable DENVER, COLO – The Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine is familiar with growth and facility expansion—since its inception 20 years ago, the infertility treatment center has grown from a one physician, one location clinic to a four physician, four location coalition. And it is time to grow again, but forget about renting more space, the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine is putting down roots—with its own free-standing, two-story building to better accommodate patients in the growing south Denver metro area. The new building consolidates two of the Center’s current facilities. Both the Swedish Medical Center office and the Sky Ridge Medical Center office will combine, providing the nationally-renowned practice with three convenient locations across the metro area—north at Avista Adventist Hospital, central at the Rose Medical Center in Denver, and south at the new location across the street from Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree. The new location was primarily selected for its access to three major interstates (I-25, C-470, and I-225), and its convenient proximity to the Lincoln Avenue light rail station. “Nearly half of our patients are from outside Colorado,” said Dr. William Schoolcraft, Medical Director and founder of the Center. “This new location will provide all our patients with easy access to infertility care whether they are in-town, out-of-town, or out-of-state.” The 40,000 square foot building, scheduled for completion early next year, offers patients a complete spectrum of infertility treatment options from basic care to the most advanced IVF procedures. The modern facility seamlessly incorporates state-of-the-art diagnostic, medical and surgical equipment in its IVF laboratory and private surgical suites. If relaxation and therapy are needed, patients can unwind in the mind-body center—yoga, massage therapy and acupuncture can be scheduled to help patients with the many stressful ups and downs of infertility. The mind-body center will also include counseling offices and treatment rooms. In addition, patients will enjoy spacious waiting rooms with access to wireless internet and a refreshment area to pass their time between appointments. “We are very excited to offer our patients a new facility that allows us to merge our state-of-the-art scientific research and excellent patient care with a state-of-the-art facility that will grow with us for years to come,” said Dr. Schoolcraft.
