Comprehensive Medical and Surgical Facility

Our main location in Lone Tree, Colorado, is approximately 40 minutes from Denver International Airport.  Our facility houses the newest, state of the art diagnostic and surgical equipment available today, providing continuous, on-site care for patients from the initial consultation to egg retrieval and embryo transfer. All of our physicians (Drs. William Schoolcraft, Eric Surrey, Debra Minjarez and Robert Gustofson) coordinate the care of our patients at the Lone Tree Office.

In addition, we offer two other metro area locations.

Our Denver location, on the campus of the Rose Medical Center provides patients with convenient access for daily monitoring, new patient appointments, most testing and treatment procedures, and follow up visits. Drs. Debra Minjarez and Eric Surrey oversee the care of our patients at the Denver Office.

Our Louisville location, on the campus of the Avista Hospital is convenient for patients living or working north of the Denver metro area near Boulder, Fort Collins, Louisville and Broomfield. Many routine services are provided at this location. Dr. Robert Gustofson coordinates the care of patients at the Louisville office.

The Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine is authorized and licensed by the Colorado Health Department to engage in business as a surgical center and consists of two fully equipped operating rooms and a six-bed recovery room.

In June, 1998 the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine was awarded the certificate of accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). This award demonstrates that CCRM has met nationally recognized standards for quality health care set by the Chicago-based accrediting organization.

In order to achieve accreditation, the Center underwent an extensive on-site survey of its facilities and services. The survey team evaluated all aspects of patient care and awarded a three year accreditation, the most awarded by AAAHC. Our Center was granted a 3-year re-accreditation in 2001, 2004, and 2007.
